As Technical Director at Radio Misk (INNOVA MEDIAS) since July 2016, Oussema has been instrumental in the technical setup and ongoing operations of the radio station. His responsibilities have included everything from the initial technical study and installation of the radio, to managing projects such as the relocation in 2022. His expertise extends to areas such as acoustic treatment, procurement, construction site supervision, and system administration. Oussema has also excelled in managing teams, ensuring schedules are met, and overseeing maintenance and repair tasks.

Prior to his current role, Oussema served as the Technical Resources Manager at Radio Express Fm (Maghreb Production and Communication) from February 2012 to June 2016. Here, he managed various technical aspects of the radio station, including project management, studio installations, and equipment maintenance. Additionally, his experience as a sound technician involved tasks such as radio production, sound recording, and mixing.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Oussema has also contributed to the education sector as a part-time teacher in audiovisual expertise. His teaching engagements have covered a range of topics including internet radio, webTV, podcasting, and mobile journalism. Oussema’s academic background is impressive, with a Professional Master’s degree in Audio-Visual Communication from the Institute of Press and Information Sciences at the University of Manouba, as well as a Professional Master’s degree in Digital Sound and Image Technology from the Higher Institute of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Kairouan.

He is proficient in a variety of software tools relevant to his field, including Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, and Adobe Premiere Pro
